We are an Akaroa-based company specialising in the management of privately owned holiday homes on the Banks Peninsula. Enjoy some time out in one of the most picturesque areas of New Zealand and let us help you find the ideal house for your holiday. We have a range of one, two, three and four bedrooms houses, ranging from rustic batches to modern, contemporary homes.

Houses are available around Akaroa, including many of the small, intimate bays that dot the coastline. All homes are fully furnished and have well equipped kitchens.

As part of the Akaroa Holiday Homes service we are pleased to be able to offer hamper packages for all occasions. We have our ‘arrival package’ with tea, coffee and the other basic necessities you need to make a quick start on your holiday, or why not order one of our delicious ‘picnic hampers’ with wine, cheese, crackers and other perfect nibbles for you to take up into the hills or down to the beach. If you have a special occasion that requires a special hamper, let us know and we will provide whatever you need.

While most facilities are provided, linen (sheets & towels) is an option that you can either bring from home or let us take the stress out of your holiday and provide for you. Even let us make the beds prior to your arrival. Additional costs include the hire of:

• Set of King sheets $8.00 per set (includes 2 sheets and 2 pillowcases)
• Set of Queen Sheets $7.00 per set (includes 2 sheets and 2 pillowcases)
• Set of Single sheets $5.00 per set (includes 2 sheets and 1 pillowcase)
• Towels $3.00 per towel. Facecloth $1.50 per facecloth. Hand towel $2.00 per hand towel
• Playstation 2 hire $15.00 per night
• Port a cot hire $5.00 per night
• Cot linen hire $5.00 (includes 2 cot sheets + 2 cot blankets)

The following services are available:

• Beds made prior to arrival $5.00 per bed
• Full cleaning service $80.00 per house
• Arrival, picnic or special occasion Hamper- all your essential supplies $ - please enquire
